01How much do you charge?
Every celebration is entirely bespoke, so pricing depends entirely on the nature of the event and each client's vision and demands — there is no fixed rate card. Investment can range from around 15 million TZS to whatever your celebration calls for; the sky is the limit. Kevin will discuss the details with you personally during your consultation, ensuring every element reflects your vision.
02Do you do destinations?
Yes — destination celebrations are one of our specialities. We are based in Dar es Salaam and work throughout Tanzania, including Zanzibar, the Serengeti, Arusha, Moshi, Mwanza, Morogoro and Tanga, and we travel internationally for select events.
03What is the minimum budget you work with?
Our experiences begin from around 15 million TZS — just under USD 6,000. This ensures we can deliver the level of design, detail and service our clients expect. If your budget sits below this, we would still love to stay in touch for the future.
04Minimum booking time before any event?
We recommend booking 3 to 12 months in advance for weddings and large events. Shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability — we intentionally limit the number of events we take on each year to protect the quality of every celebration.
